Erase your data
Everything Armilla knows about you is your birth details and what you did in the app. You can remove all of it in one tap, without asking anyone.
In the app
- Open Armilla
- Go to You → Legal
- Tap Erase my data and confirm
By request
If you have already uninstalled the app, or you cannot reach that screen, write to [email protected] with the subject Delete my data. We answer within 30 days, and normally within two working days.
What gets deleted
- Your name, birth date, birth time and birth city
- Your natal chart and every day you have opened
- Rituals you completed and the collection they formed
- App settings, including language and notification preferences
What we cannot delete
Purchases and subscriptions live with Apple or Google, not with us. Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription and does not refund it — do that through the store you bought it from.
Where the data is
In this version of Armilla your birth details and history are stored only on your own phone, in the app's private storage. There is no account to close. Deleting the app removes everything with it.
